De opdruk wordt aangebracht op de behuizing van de wandlader, niet op de kabels zelf. Vooraf wordt de exacte positie en kleurweergave van de opdruk met je afgestemd via een digitale drukproef.<\/p>\n
Omdat de wandlader is vervaardigd uit gerecycled ABS-kunststof, is tampondruk een gangbare techniek voor dit type oppervlak; daarmee wordt de inkt direct op de gebogen of vlakke behuizing overgedragen. Dit verschilt van technieken zoals full-colour digitaaldruk, die beter geschikt is voor vlakke, grotere oppervlakken met meer kleurdetail.<\/p>\n
De stukprijs hangt samen met de gekozen oplage: bij een grotere afname dalen de productiekosten per eenheid doordat vaste kosten zoals het instellen van de druk over meer stuks worden verdeeld. Daarnaast be\u00efnvloedt de gekozen bedrukkingstechniek de prijs, omdat elke techniek een eigen kostenstructuur heeft voor voorbereiding en uitvoering.<\/p>\n
De totale doorlooptijd wordt bepaald door een combinatie van factoren: de grootte van de bestelling, de gekozen bedrukkingstechniek en het moment waarop de akkoordverklaring op de digitale drukproef wordt ontvangen. Pas na dat akkoord start het productieproces, waarna de sets worden verzonden zodra de kwaliteitscontrole is afgerond.<\/p>\n
