Plan daarom ruim vóór jouw evenement of uitreikmoment.

Will we see how our logo looks on the gift packages before production starts?

Yes. After you place your order, we create a digital mockup showing your logo on the selected gift packages. Production only begins once you have reviewed and approved this preview, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

How do we submit our logo or artwork for printing?

Upload your logo file when placing the order, or send it to us directly. Vector files give the sharpest results, but if you only have a high-resolution PNG or JPG, our team will assess whether it is suitable and let you know before anything is printed.

What are the minimum quantities for a group order?

Minimum quantities vary per gift package. Ordering larger volumes typically reduces the unit cost, which is worth considering if you are equipping a full team, rewarding members of a club, or distributing branded packages at an event.

How far in advance should we order before an event or deadline?

We recommend placing your order at least two to three weeks before your deadline. This allows time for the mockup approval process and production without the need to rush. If your timeline is tight, contact us early so we can check current availability and lead times.

Are these ready-made gift packages or can the contents be changed?

These are existing, ready-made gift packages that can be personalised with your logo. The contents are fixed — what we offer is branded customisation on the package itself, not a build-your-own assortment.

Have questions about your order, quantities, or artwork? Get in touch with us or request a quote — we are happy to help you find the right gift packages for your event or organisation.
