The engraving is then reviewed and confirmed before production begins. A minimum order quantity applies, which ensures consistent quality across all units in your order.

Frequently Asked Questions – Parker Jotter Paris

Can the Parker Jotter Paris be personalised with a company logo?
Yes, the Parker Jotter Paris can be engraved with a company logo or custom text directly on the stainless steel barrel, resulting in a permanent finish. You can browse other engraved writing instruments in our Pens assortment as well.

Where exactly is the engraving applied on the Parker Jotter Paris?
Engraving is applied directly to the metal barrel of the pen, which is the primary surface used for branding on this model. The clip and trim are chrome-plated and are not part of the engraving area.

What determines the lead time for a personalised Parker Jotter Paris order?
The overall lead time is shaped by the artwork review and approval stage, which must be completed before production can begin. The complexity of the submitted logo file and the size of the order can also affect how quickly the process moves forward.

Is it possible to request a sample of the Parker Jotter Paris before placing a full order?
Sample availability for this pen depends on current stock and the specific variant requested. Contacting Hidalgo directly before ordering is the most reliable way to confirm whether a pre-production sample can be arranged.

In what format should artwork be submitted for engraving on the Parker Jotter Paris?
Vector files are strongly preferred for engraving, as they retain sharp detail at any scale and produce the most accurate result on the metal barrel. Common accepted formats include AI, EPS, and PDF; raster files such as JPG or PNG are generally not suitable unless they are of very high resolution.

What are typical use cases for the Parker Jotter Paris in a business context?
This pen is commonly used as a corporate gift, a branded giveaway at conferences and trade fairs, or a writing instrument distributed to staff and clients.
