Yes. Before anything goes into production, you receive a digital mockup showing your logo or design on the towels. Production only begins once you have reviewed and approved this preview, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

What file format should I use when submitting my artwork?

Vector files work best for sharp, accurate results — formats such as AI, EPS, or PDF are preferred. If you are unsure whether your logo file meets the requirements, simply send it over and we will assess it for you and advise on any adjustments needed.

Which towel material options are available?

We carry towels in various weights and compositions, ranging from lightweight options suited to events and sports clubs to heavier, more absorbent versions often chosen for hotels and wellness settings.
