Frequently Asked Questions – Halfar A4 Document Portfolio
Can I have my company logo printed on this Halfar A4 document portfolio?
Yes, this portfolio is manufactured specifically for custom logo printing on the felt surface. Browse our full range of Document Bags to see more customizable options.
Where on the portfolio is the logo placed, and what size can the imprint be?
Logo placement is typically on the front panel of the felt sleeve, and the usable print area is determined by the chosen printing technique and the sleeve’s dimensions. Our team confirms the exact placement dimensions once your artwork is submitted.
What do I need to arrange if this portfolio must be ready by a specific event date?
For a fixed delivery date, artwork approval needs to be completed well in advance, as production of customized felt portfolios begins only after the design is confirmed. Factor in both the printing lead time and shipping when planning around your event or trade show.
What material is this document portfolio made from, and how does that affect everyday use?
The sleeve is constructed from durable felt, which provides a degree of surface protection for A4 documents, notepads, and smaller tablets without adding significant weight. Felt is a relatively rigid textile that holds its shape but is not designed to be waterproof.
Which printing technique is used on felt, and how does it differ from methods used on other materials?
Felt is typically decorated using embroidery or screen printing, as these techniques bond well with the textile’s fibrous surface. Unlike full-colour digital printing used on smoother materials, embroidery in particular creates a raised, tactile finish that suits the felt substrate.
In which business contexts is this A4 document portfolio commonly used?
This portfolio is used to distribute branded materials at client meetings, internal training sessions, and corporate events where participants receive documents or notepads. For colleagues who also need to carry a laptop, the Recycled Felt Laptop Sleeve Custom Logo 15/16 Inch offers a coordinating option in a similar material.
