Yes. Before production begins, we create a digital mockup showing exactly how your artwork will appear on the chosen stationery — whether that is a notebook, notepad, or pen. You review this preview and give your approval first. Only after confirmation do we move forward, so there are no surprises in the final order.

How should I submit my logo or artwork?

For the sharpest results, send your logo as a vector file (such as .ai, .eps, or .pdf with outlined fonts). If you only have a high-resolution .png or .jpg, upload that and we will assess whether it is suitable. Our team will flag any issues before production starts.

Can I order smaller quantities, or is stationery only available in large runs?

We offer flexible order quantities, making branded stationery accessible for clubs and smaller organisations as well as large businesses. Larger runs do bring the cost per piece down, which is worth considering if you are equipping a full team or stocking up for a recurring event.

How far in advance should I place my order if I have an event deadline?

We recommend ordering at least two to three weeks before your event to allow time for the mockup review, production, and delivery. If your deadline is tight, contact us early — we will be upfront about what is achievable.
