Frequently Asked Questions – Custom Tape Measure DimensionPro

Can the DimensionPro tape measure be personalised with a company logo?
The recycled ABS casing of this 3-metre tape measure can be printed with your own logo or brand identity. Browse our full range of promotional tools to compare similar personalised measuring instruments.

Where on the DimensionPro is the print area located?
The flat surface of the ABS housing provides a defined print area that is specifically suited for logo placement. The 16 mm tape width and compact casing dimensions determine the exact boundaries of the printable zone.

How is the unit price of the DimensionPro affected by order quantity and print technique?
Per-unit costs decrease as order quantity increases, since setup and production costs are distributed across more units. The chosen print technique also influences the final price per piece, as some methods require more preparation or materials than others.

What needs to be arranged in advance if the DimensionPro tape measures must be ready for a specific event date?
Final artwork approval must be completed before production can begin, so delays in design sign-off directly affect whether the printed tape measures are ready in time. Accounting for production lead time and transport when planning backwards from your event date ensures the order arrives without last-minute issues.

Which print technique is used on recycled ABS, and how does it differ from techniques used on other materials?
Pad printing is commonly applied to hard plastic surfaces like recycled ABS, as it transfers ink precisely onto slightly curved or irregular areas. This differs from techniques such as UV printing or screen printing, which work better on flat, smooth, or flexible substrates.

In which situations is the DimensionPro tape measure typically used as a promotional item?
This 3-metre measuring tape is commonly distributed at trade fairs, construction-related events, and as a practical gift for business clients or association members. For projects requiring a longer reach, the Stabila Pocket Tape 5m Custom Logo Printed offers a comparable branded option with a 5-metre tape length.
