Product Description
The Geneva Backpack (article number 64538) is a structured, everyday backpack designed for professional use and promotional applications. It offers a practical carrying solution for businesses, associations, and event organisers looking for a high-quality branded item. The Geneva Backpack combines a clean design with functional organisation, making it well suited as a giveaway, welcome gift, or staff item at events and trade fairs.
Application & Use
The Geneva Backpack is a practical choice for trade fairs, corporate events, conferences, and association activities. Its neutral design works equally well as a daily work bag or as a branded item handed out during a promotion. Participants, staff, and volunteers carry your message wherever they go, giving the backpack a long-lasting visibility effect. If you are also looking for a coordinated travel or luggage solution, take a look at our Backpacks range for complementary options.
Logo & Personalisation
The Geneva Backpack can be personalised with your own logo or artwork. Depending on your preference and the material finish, printing or embroidery techniques can be applied to a designated area on the bag. You submit your logo file, and the production team prepares a proof for your approval before manufacturing begins. This ensures the final result matches your brand guidelines accurately. Minimum order quantities apply, so it is worth contacting Hidalgo to discuss the right setup for your campaign.
Product Features
The Geneva Backpack has a structured body that retains its shape during daily use. It includes a spacious main compartment suitable for documents, a laptop, or personal belongings. Additional pockets allow for organised storage of smaller items such as cables, a phone, or stationery. The padded shoulder straps distribute weight evenly for comfortable carrying throughout the day. The exterior finish gives the bag a clean, professional appearance that suits both casual and corporate settings.
Delivery & Production
The chosen decoration method — whether screen printing, digital transfer, or embroidery — has a greater influence on the overall production timeline than the size of your order. Embroidery in particular requires additional setup time due to the digitisation of your design, so it is advisable to plan your order well in advance of your event or campaign date.
Hidalgo Bags & More
Hidalgo specialises in personalised bags and promotional products, and the Geneva Backpack can easily be combined with other items — such as pouches, tote bags, or travel accessories — to create a complete branded set for a single campaign or event. Bundling products into a coordinated package increases impact and simplifies logistics on your end. Browse our full range of back packs to find items that pair well with the Geneva Backpack.
