Product Description
The 34368 Retro Trucker Melange Cap is a structured cap with a classic trucker silhouette and a melange fabric finish that gives it a distinctive, textured look. The front panels are made from a firm, printable material, while the mesh back panels provide ventilation and a casual, retro feel. An adjustable snapback closure ensures a comfortable fit for most head sizes. This cap is a practical and recognisable promotional product for organisations, events, and brand activations.
Application & Use
The Retro Trucker Melange Cap is well suited for use at trade fairs, outdoor events, and promotional campaigns where visibility matters. Its retro styling makes it an appealing item that recipients are likely to wear beyond the event itself, extending the reach of your brand or message. The cap works equally well as a staff item, a giveaway, or part of a welcome package for participants. For associations and clubs, it serves as a practical and affordable way to strengthen group identity.
Logo & Personalisation
The front panel of the Retro Trucker Melange Cap offers a clear surface for applying your logo, name, or artwork. Embroidery is a common technique for caps of this type, giving the result a solid, professional appearance that holds up well over time. Screen printing is another option depending on the design. You supply the artwork, and the decoration is applied before delivery. It is advisable to prepare your logo file in a vector format to ensure the best possible print or embroidery quality.
Product Specifications
The cap features a six-panel construction with a pre-curved or flat peak, depending on the variant. The front panels are made from a melange fabric that creates a heathered colour effect. The rear panels consist of open mesh material for breathability. A plastic snapback adjuster at the back allows for size adjustment. The cap is available in a range of colours. A sweatband on the inside adds wearing comfort. The construction is firm enough to hold its shape during decoration and daily use.
Delivery & Production
When your logo includes multiple colours or requires placement in an uncommon position on the cap, the preparation process takes more steps before production can begin. It is therefore useful to finalise your design and colour specifications as early as possible when working towards a fixed deadline.
